Prices are in USD. Local home visits are within 8 miles of 6215 Halabrin Road; service elsewhere requires a written quote. Any applicable tax is disclosed before payment. All bookings require a suitability conversation and written confirmation. Paid programs are optional and do not provide adoption priority. Adoption availability, individual adoption fees, and the separate adoption agreement are confirmed before you commit.
Paws of Hope Dog Rescue Inc. was established in October 2023 in Haines City. Our focus is straightforward: thoughtful conversations, realistic expectations, and everyday support for dogs and the people welcoming them home.
Our small, hands-on rescue team coordinates inquiries, introductions, and practical care planning. We take time to understand your household rather than rushing a decision, and we keep the next steps clear.
We offer non-veterinary support only. Medical concerns belong with a veterinarian; serious behavior or safety concerns may require an appropriately qualified specialist. We do not promise a particular adoption match or training outcome.

No walk-in visits or unarranged animal drop-offs. Intake and surrender inquiries require prior approval and depend on capacity. This is not an emergency service; contact a veterinarian or local animal services for urgent help.

Please review these policies before booking a paid service. Adoption placements use a separate written agreement.
Cancel or reschedule by email or phone at least 24 hours before an individual appointment. With sufficient notice, choose a refund or a new appointment, subject to availability.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows incur 50% of the booked session price. For packages, the same charge is calculated using the package price divided by its included appointments; the unused balance remains available or refundable under the refund policy.
If we cancel, choose a full refund for the affected appointment or a new time. Unsafe weather, illness, or an animal-welfare concern may require a change; no late-cancellation charge applies when we agree that conditions make the appointment unsafe. Free adoption conversations have no cancellation fee.
Completed services are non-refundable, except where required by law. If something was not delivered as agreed, contact us so we can review the issue and offer an appropriate remedy.
You may end a package by written notice. We refund the unused portion at its original package allocation, less any applicable disclosed late-cancellation charges. We do not reprice completed sessions at a higher standalone rate. Package appointments have equal allocations: package price divided by total included appointments.
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 10 business days; bank processing time may vary. Adoption fees and returns follow the separate adoption agreement provided before placement. No tax deductibility is represented.
We collect the contact details, household information, pet information, and correspondence you choose to provide so we can respond, assess suitability, arrange services, and maintain necessary records.
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers supporting our operations or when required by law. If payment processing is needed, payment details are handled through the provider identified before payment; do not email full card numbers or sensitive identity documents.
This website uses no advertising cookies, analytics scripts, or embedded maps. Hosting providers may maintain standard security logs. We retain records only as reasonably needed for services, legal obligations, and dispute handling.

An inquiry does not create a confirmed booking or guarantee an adoption. Appointments, scope, availability, charges, and payment schedules must be confirmed in writing. Adults aged 18 or older must arrange services and sign any required agreement.
Provide accurate information about your dog's health, vaccination status, handling needs, bite history, and behavior. We may decline or stop a service when safe, appropriate care is not possible; unused prepaid services are handled under our refund policy.
Our care and coaching are non-veterinary services, not medical treatment or a guarantee of behavioral change. Owners remain responsible for veterinary care, safe equipment, and following the agreed care plan.
Prices may change for future bookings but not for an already confirmed scope without your agreement. Additional work requires approval before charges are incurred. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. Florida law applies, subject to applicable consumer protections.
